Our Policy

Shipping Policy

In order to better serve you, we have two shipping methods - Standard and Express. Orders normally leave our warehouse within 72 hours from order placement and can only be shipped in the US. Please note that these policies only apply to items that are in-stock in our warehouse - not to those which are shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop shipment).

Delivery

Standard delivery within the continental US usually takes up to 3 weeks after leaving our warehouse. For deliveries outside the continental US allow 4-6 weeks after they leave our warehouse. Express delivery in the continental US usually takes up to 3-4 business days after leaving our warehouse. A charge will be added to our normal Postage and Handling. Express delivery is not available on drop-ship items (shipped directly from the manufacturer).

Express Delivery

Delivery within the continental US usually takes up to 3-4 business days after leaving our warehouse. A charge will be added to our normal Postage and Handling cost for items under 10 pounds. Some large items are excluded. Express Delivery is not available on drop-ship items (shipped directly from the manufacturer).

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Out-of-Stock Items

If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship them as soon as they become available. If you cannot wait, you may cancel the items from your order at anytime before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Simply send an e-mail to Customer Service and include your order number.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax in New York and New Jersey Sales Tax will be correctly calculated when using our on-line shopping cart.

International Orders

We ship orders only in the USA.
